Just got into this game a few days ago and am going with the German tanks. I have the LTraktor, a T2 Panzer (P35T or something?), and a T2 Tank Destroyer (the first one in the tree, forget the name). The LTraktor is almost all upgraded, and T2 Panzer hardly, and the T2 TD is completely upgraded.

Almost without fail, I do WAY better with that shitty T1 Traktor. I think it's because as a T1 I get into games with lower tier tanks where as with my T2 TD I can face T4 tanks. Even though it's fully upgraded I typically get raped or sometimes get a single kill. And I don't charge forward with the TD either, I try and snipe. Just need more practice I guess.

this is just me but i wouldn't waste any credits upgrading anything until tier 4/5
just research what you need to get to the next tier.

I've been staring at the king tiger model for a while. Every day my mouse misses the buy button a little less.

There is a rumor, repeat just a rumor, that WG will make the T-59 available during specials from time to time. I havent seen that in print anywhere but people been saying it in game. Kind of makes sense if WG wanted to make some extra money now and then. I would say at some point WG will add other premium tanks that will do just as good as the KV-5, T-59, and Lowe in making money at their tiers. When is the big question. I'd say if you always wanted the T-59 and can afford the cost buy it but if you been playing a while with out it and don't feel you miss out on the extra creds it can make then don't bother with it.

I know they said all they did was rasied match level for Type-59's but now that 7.1 is here I find that shells don't bounce as much as they use to. Hell, you had to be careful even in a Lowe as to where to hit them without a bounce. Now in the Lowe I find the sides are softer than before. The front of the tank and front of turret are still hard as before. Maybe it's just me, but I have killed a lot more Type-59's as of late.

the panther's great with the 75 L/100. The rate of fire is incredible but it doesn't do much damage at all. It takes something like 15 rounds to put down a tiger, not counting the occasional bounce. Takes like 3-4 rounds just to put down a M4. That being said, it makes a terrible brawler because of the complete lack of armor, side ammo racks and front based transmission. But the dps is decent if you're fighting russian mediums like t-34/85 and t-43s.

Yeah, took on a tiger 1 vs 1 and took 6 to 7 shots to take him down in the mean time he hit me 3 times leaving me with only 380hp. So yes this is a shoot and scoot tank for sure.

Sweet, that's like printing your own money. So they can produce much like a Lowe now. Of course i have a Lowe already so i know that you can make much the same in one of them. They said that credit pay out would go up like 5% with being in higher tier battles, so that will make for a great payday when you rule the match in a Type-59.

I wish some of the regular tier tanks could come even close to making that much money. I'm lucky to break 40K with my ktiger tank and with ammo costing 1k a shot and full repairs around 12k I usually only net maybe 15-25k on a good round. On a bad round I'm lucky if I dont end up losing money.

Isn't the T-59 around $40 like the Lowe? I can't seem to justify spending that much money on a virtual product. I guess its worth it from a credit generating standpoint, but I'm not all that hard up for credits at the moment. The developers must make shit tons of cash off the specialty tanks since every match I'm in seems to have at least 3 of them (usually 2 59s and a lowe).

I know people say the Type 59 can make money faster, but when I play my friend's Lowe to help him get credits I can ALWAYS get over 100k a round and 1500-1600xp a game. The gun is just so good that I never have problems reaching those numbers even if I am not playing at 100%.

Whereas in the Type 59 I have to play 100% all the time to get 100k and it is usually a much lower average since there are times when you will just get blown up near the start.

Lowe has the advantage of a beastly gun which is amazing for sniping all but T10s from the front.

Do you guys know of any mods or 3rd party parcers that will keep track of your daily stats? I know I can check my stats pages, but that only gives me a total snapshot, I'd like to know how I'm doing on a daily basis.

Also is there a mod that lets you see the module hp of enemy tanks or lets you know when you've damaged a module or killed a crew member?

I just got the OTM mod and its definately enhanced my gameplay. Lets me know whos taking damage and easier to spot who to continue ganging up on to wipe out the fastest. I'm thinking of also getting that reload timer mod (Timex or something like that) is that compatable with OTM?

I have used the derp KV to make money. Provided I am not owned out of the gate and get a kill. It could pull in up to 50K\match. This has the potential to completely destroy that. I bought it because my GFs son bought one and we play the game as a way to bond. So I thought why not since it is going away and I need the credits to fund tank purchases through the E-100 for clan matches. I figured, the E8 is a fun tank, the Type 59 has to be more fun

100k? My 'money maker' tier 5's without premium make a bit over 10k, and my tier 8 makes less than that net.

No idea, I just bought the Type 59 last night Or are you talking about the derp KV? I havent noticed anything different in 7.1. 7.0 made it a little less reliable on one shotting some tier 4s.

I will always keep the derp KV due to the laugh factor of one shotting people. At least until they nerf it.
