I do not think this is for the patch. I think it's just a precaution to settle down some of the lag.

Upgrade v.0.5.5.1 to v.0.6.1.5

Installation guide

1. Download 0.6.1.5 update using the torrent link above
2. Place the downloaded file into .../WorldOfTanks/Updates/ folder
3. When the servers are updated, launch the game using WOTLauncher.exe and it will update the game client automatically

Yep, the most sporadically somewhat decent class of tanks are now even more sporadic. Unneeded nerf, yeah...

Ouch sounds like someone else is QQ'ing now. Sporadically decent? Come on, every game came down to arty and that was contrary to the design. If things are too terrible then they will obviously tweak it some more.

no? almost every match I have t fight just to live through the opening rounds, and if actually survive the onslaught of 1602s then I might get a few kills. arty was easily countered, even if they were powerful.

Great. Now I need to somehow try to survive the opening 5 minutes because in the past 6 games I've played, I've taken a shot and then have had at least 2 artillery shots instantly hit my tank and kill me . One game I had, I fired from behind cover, and as soon as a I fired 5 simultaneous artillery shots insta raped me. All of them dead center.

So, godly one, how does one counter artillery when you are still 3/4 away on the map.

Well that all depends on your team and the opposition and virtually the same can be said for every class.

There were/are certainly other things in play like camo bugs that may have skewed opinions.

On a side note, I switch the gun on my hetzer to the 10.5cm and went all HE rounds. Thank you guys, that made it fun to play. I went from getting only 100-200 xp up to around 600-900 now. Plus I can one shot the lower level tanks if I hit the sides or back. The teleporting is still rough, and I did accidently kill some artillery on my side a few times because of it.

Sorry, i need to clarify. I was not on the update. I won't be able to try that until this weekend.
