why not just ... jump into another tank after you die? I understand wanting to grind the tank but there's like 6 nations and 3-4 different tank lines in the major nations...
But I only really like German tanks and only 2 lines at that. Now I could die and switch but sometimes, both tanks are knocked out. What do I do then, waste time?
The War Thunder way is more efficient. I can take multiple vehicles, use them in any order I want, and once I die, I can exit the match early and start another with the same vehicles.
This is super convenient, no more waiting for a match to end, no ill feelings because your tier 8 tank (the only one you might care about) died in a surprise 1-hit artillery attack. I can play the tank I want, as long as I want, no time limits or restrictions. This is a very powerful statement to player "fun".
Wargaming could benefit greatly if all they did was allow 2 tanks per match, even if all the vehicle locks during a match and the time limits remain the same. No more camping because everyone is scared about losing their best (and only) tank. There could be proper tank waves, instead of the gamey creeping back and forth. Multiple vehicles also means less results are because of chance and luck (a lucky shot matters less if there are more than 1 chance to play in the match).
Wargaming, are you listening? I just gave you gold, listen to me! :sneaky:
