quickybaby is a nice stream and all (I actually don't agree with him in a lot of very specific things but that's okay). Depending on individual skill level, it might not be a good idea to watch a very good player stream.
Instead, learn one level up in skill level on how they play. If you are a sub 50%er, then try to find a stream of a 53%er, learn what it takes to play at that level. After you begin to play at that level (not overall, but recent stats) then move up a bit. Find a 55%er to watch. And so on.
For the love of all things holy, if you are a mediocre player, do not platoon with other mediocre players. At best you will not get any more bad habits, at worse you will listen to the other player and pick up some very bad ideas (camp 1-2 line in prohk, camp valley or worse... push valley in lakeville).
This could be true, though I think something can still be learned from watching high calibur players.
When I was a terribad player (at around 2k games and 48 percent win rate), I started watching The Mighty Jingles. That might be a better place to start. Jingles isn't nearly as good as Quickybaby, but he has a lot of videos and has a fun presentation style (which is why he has 250,000 subscribers). He doesn't stream (though he joins Quickybaby and Circon and others), but he has a good amount of youtube content. Any new players could probably follow him and learn some stuff before moving on to unicum players.

As for quicky, he's certainly not a perfect player. But I do like that he vocalizes his thoughts on why he does stuff a lot, and does an after action review most of the time for his losses about what he could have done (in his mind) better. This is helpful for me to understand why he does certain things and helped me to learn a lot of mechanics that I didn't know about.
For instance, he explains why he loads premium rounds when he does, why he makes certain shots in certain locations, explains weak points, explains what crews do, etc. This was all very helpful for me as a new player.
Watching him, Jingles and Circon I went from a 48 percenter with less than 1000 in each stat category to 54 percenter and "good" to "very good" in each category. If I get less than 2k wn8 now in a play session, I consider it as having not played up to par. Though here I'm talking "just" 2k, not even mid 2k. I'm not that good yet. Anywhere from 1900-2100 is about my skill level right now (for WN8). My last 1000 battle stats are 1628 Performance Rating, 1730 Efficiency Rating, 1688 WN7, 2016 WN8. I attribute much of my move from my terribad 2k games play style to my decent current game play (at 8k games) to watching good players play and trying to pick things up.
Also, I feel you on being aggessive sometimes. I enjoy being aggressive and then outplaying people I run into, but sometimes this gets me into trouble. If I didn't enjoy aggressiveness so much maybe I'd be able to get a higher WN8 rating (2.5k+), but it's not as fun for me to play passive.
