meh. your stats aren't any better than mine.

even if loltraktors aren't matched with tier 10's, tier 2 tanks certainly are. you should be in a tier 2 tank in less than an hour of starting. from then on, prepare to be food by design.

if disagreeing with your retardedly incorrect statement makes me a troll, i'm more than ok with that.

I've never been matched up with a Tier 10 in a Tier 2 tank. Either in beta or now. Please show us a screenshot of a non-platooned tier 2 with tier 10 tanks. I think about the highest tier my AT-1 ended up with was a KV (tier 5 IIRC). While that does suck, I could still do a small amount of damage to it (side and rear).

Wasn't saying that to epeen my stats. Simply to say that I've put in my time.

Screenshot or GTFO.

Please tell me how my statement was "retardedly incorrect." You have others disagreeing with this whole idea of low tier tanks facing Tier 10's that you keep flashing about. So please, see above and provide a screenshot.

whether it's a 7, 8, 9 or 10 tier spread, what is the fucking difference?

The difference is that you said Tier 2 and Tier 10 and showed Tier 3 and Tier 9. Last I checked 6 =/= 8.

For the record, I agree that a 6 tier spread shouldn't happen, especially when it's the worst Tier 3 tank out there. I'd think that max spread they should do is 3 or maybe 4 if there isn't much of a population. Either way, from my experience, the 6 tier spread is extremely rare and most games I've been in, I'm within 3 tiers of the top.

Scout tanks like the A-20 will be put into higher matches than anything other of the same tier. So that only applies to scout tanks, nothing else.

Not to mention the fact, that A-20 is TIER 4

Busy and difficult day for me.

I've written up two tank-specific guides in paper form but could do with a few screenshots to go with them. They need to be typed up and posted, as well as I need to grind towards my Panther II some more (78k to go?).

SPAZ has released a new patch so I'm going to have to add to my review and write up the patch notes with a comparison post.

Not a great day for me. My 28" LCD went belly up so I had to go get another one today. Hopefully this one will last longer than 8 months. Anyhoo... I got a over a million creds in the bank again so I shall, starting tomorrow, park the Lowe and start working on my other tanks again. Right now its time for bed.

I made my KV-3 elite before doing a single battle in the IS, so there would be less grind in the IS, and I could concentrate the XPs on the other parts first. The 100mm gun is OK to begin with, certainly alot better than the 85mm peashooters

The stock 85mm on the IS is totally worthless. You'll do yourself a huge favor unlocking them with the KV3.

So, I decided to get a Hotchkiss to see what the fuzz was all about... After a few battles of having my way with half of the opposing team I had to stop and get one shotted on my SU-85 to feel normal again. The darn thing is a little Maus with a rate of fire that is only bettered by auto cannons.

It can be beaten effectively if others work together in more maneuverable tanks and stay on the move. But if people just sit there and try to outgun or outlast me, it's over. Real fun tank.

is this game worth playing at all considering that the tanks are nowhere near equal at all? (Thus players with more playtime/money will be much more likely to rape your face... (i.e. NOT A SKILL BASED GAME))

Ehhhh i would say probably not. Ive gotten a tier 7 heavy tank, the IS and a tier 7 medium T43, im just bored with it. Repair costs are a bitch without premium you have to grind lower tier tanks for credits, you have to play by yourself unless you buy premium because you cant team up with friends unless one of you has premium, the same 15 vs 15 battle gets old and some of the maps are horrible which is made even worse because you cant choose what map you play on the game randomly chooses for you. Core problem being its not fun anymore.

Nah other games are more fun, i enjoyed the part of the beta i played and i liked this when it started about a month ago when most people were chugging around in a POS tank but now its no fun anymore and i dont see it getting better anytime soon.

Guys, I've taken time out to write a pretty comprehensive KV Guide. Lists what to expect from it, what research order to pursue and recommended loadouts. Some of you will know most of the information already but it's very handy for anyone who hasn't had the pleasure of playing the KV.

New Guide: The KV

Whether you use the 107mm or the 122mm on the KV3 is dependent on your play style. The 107mm is a good gun for all ranges. Its very good for laying back and shooting and even sniping. Up close its just as accurate. Its more accurate than the 122mm. However if you like to get in close and do massive damage then the 122mm does fit that bill. Its not as accurate or as fast loading as the 107mm however and you have to get your slow poke tank in close but some people like that type of fighting. Most tank battles end up getting in close at the end anyway so there is that to consider.

Considering you plan to research the 122mm anyway try them each and see which suits you best. Doesn't cost much credits to switch/mount the guns. Most people prefer the all round performance of the 107mm over the 122mm it seems.

Edit: Reason why its best to get the 122mm researched on the KV3 before the IS is two main reasons IMO. 1. You need it for the IS anyway and repairing the KV3 is less than repairing the IS. You'll make more money with the KV3 I'm thinking due to lower repair costs. You will win more battles too. I should note that I only played the IS in beta before the tier redoing and I absolutely hated it even with the 122mm gun. Things could be different now for the IS in match ups. So take what I say with a grain of salt. ;-)

Edit2: Well last night and today I had a good and successful fights with my VK3601. Only need 14k more xp before moving onto the Tiger. Fun times!
