i'm probably one of the few that actually like the 4502P, it's like a juggernaut, it feels more accurate than the E75, and i'm able to hit targets 500m away consistantly. it's slow but fun.

I wanted to stop at the Ferdinand, but now I'm so close to unlocking the JgTiger I think i want that. Even in my E75 I fear those damn JgTigers.

I always try to buy what I fear! And with the changes to the Type 59, I look forward to eating some of those for breakfast with it!

Tried to play in the Tiger P tonight. Kept getting into these huge T10 and arty matches. Finally gave up and played in the Lowe. Did better. At least made creds win or lose. Best game netted me 93k creds and that was with only 4 kills. One fight I only had 2 kills and died but still made 73k creds. Tiger P cant do that. That is the nice thing about the gold tanks. Even when you lose in battles you still feel like you accomplished something even if it is just creds. You get some satisfaction from it.

LOL the t-34/85 stock is so bad it's actually funny. I cannot believe you can't even mount the 57mm from the T-34. The stock 76 is complete garbage. Damage sucks, penetration sucks, ROF sucks. Then your first "upgrade" is a POS 85mm. Jesus. You need like 15000xp to have access to the 100mm (thank god it's already researched). That's going to take FOREVER at this abysmal ~300xp/game.

The starting 76mm wouldn't even be acceptable on a tier5 tank. EVERYTHING bounces it. Even hetzers are scary again, LOL.

wondered why I was in 5+ a side t-59 matchs all last night. I so try not to bitch..arty dont bother me (shoot and scoot is easy).. being in matchs where my tank is 100%, no 150% worthless except as bait (and scouting) i can live with. Hearing "it bounced 10+ times in row while the same exact tank (gun and turrent) is consitantly damaging me.. it happens.. Being clearly behind a building yet beind shot throuhg it (this one is rare).. who cares.. if its rare. But the t-59 is utter BS.. not so much the OP thing everybody cries.. it dies.. like every other tank.. but its just a combo thats too good.. Excellent turrent armour.. low profile, great speed, its gun is about its only "even" thing.. its not Awsome and its not crap.. a slighlty intelligent person uses that low profile ... yes about 75% of T-59'ers are not to bright.. but those that are can make that tank a living hell on other team.

I wont even mention its a WWII game .. cold war tanks do not belong. I guess when teh M1A1 comes maybe it will even out..

Personally, the max level change in 7.1 announcement never worried me. So I'll play against higher tier tanks more often. Ok, by me. I know how to play my T-59 against them. I can't remember any other T59 players ranting against it either. I'm guessing it doesn't bother them for the same reason. I was however surprised WG was giving T59 tanks an extra 5% profitability for the change. I guess they figured they needed to head off any possible griping. Maybe to make the Chinese players happy? (The main reason why the T59 exists to begin with) I'll gladly take the 5% extra though. LOL

So who's gonna start grinding the french tanks? Anyone have a quick summary of which tanks along the way are good/fun & which ones should be skipped with free xp?

I have heard some of the in game players say they have lots of xp saved to buy the higher tiers outright so we should see some big French tanks right off the bat. I have like 70k free xp at the moment. Wondering if I should use it on tracks+turret for the KT so that it's insta-good... or save it to skip through the french equivalent of M3 Lee, hah!

Even the stock KT is good... like really good! This might be the first ever stock tank where I don't have anything to complain about. The long88 somehow feels more powerful here? 8 games: 1 win, 6 loss, 1 draw & I'm still not complaining! Avg xp is like 750 which is as good as my other tanks where I get wins, haha. Well maybe a little bit of complaining... fucking retard teams ><

But yeah you're right I should go ahead and make this tank badass. Still this thing is quite agile stock. This is what I thought the Tiger P would be like!

edit: now like 2 wins, 10 losses, 2 draws. Geeeeez! I've drawn the fucking WORST teams. One game on Himmelsdorf an E100 rolled up the west flank unapposed. Our tier 9s & 10s were apparently not interested in him so he stomped us.

How the hell do you pen an E100 with long88?! I SWEAR i was firing 90deg into his 130mm side armor & bouncing constantly.

Yep, this afternoon I was playing in my Tiger P and got nine kills before dying in one fight. Team still lost. I was top tier tank but shots from arty and hits from other tanks finally dropped me. It was the arty that hurt me the most. Just didn't have enough HPs left to kill those last remaining three tanks. Two tanks and a arty to be exact.

Hey guys ,is it just me or in the last 5 days MM has been really bad about mis-matched/team balance. I have never been steamrolled so much or been on a team that steamrolled the other team so much in playing WoT. I have had very few even matches in the last few days, it was real hard because I was working on getting my big gun for my T 28 TD(worth it). It was killing me because when getting rolled was only getting @ 200 to 250 XP a match in a loss and with such a slow tank only @350 to 400 XP for a win because the match was over before I could get there( has many matches I didn' t fire one shot). It took a lot of battle to get there. This happens with other tanks not just T 28, anybody else?

Patch 7.1 is incoming tomorrow, so don't forget to remove your mods first. It is MUCH better to disable your mods first, or you might end up having to reinstall or beg somebody else for clean files.

1. Disable mods in Generic Mod Enabler
2. Install new patch
3. Generate a new snapshot of game files in Generic Mod Enabler
4. Re-enable the mods you want to use

Same thing has been happening to me. Very frustrating. Hopefully they do something in this coming patch to fix this.

Well, tonight I decided to play the T-59 before the patch goes in tomorrow. Did pretty well too. Had some good fights. Lost a quite a few too but happy in the knowledge that I made lots of credits. And its the end of my holiday vacation. Tomorrow its back to the ole grind. I won't miss the prime time whiners (no one here is like that) that I been seeing the last week I been playing evenings. It's going to be interesting to see how the French tanks work out.

Also, my previous mods appear to be working normally. Well, except the icon mod which of course lacks icons for the frenchies. Back to useless silhouettes there

I think I might have messed up, dunno until I go home. I only had 5 free barracks slots before the patch. So I could have used the code and had no free trooper slots. I have no idea what happens at that point!

Incorrect. The Tetrarch gives you a free slot. The FT17 does not.
