Both of those boards support DDR3.
Personally, I bought the ECS GF8200A but it only supports DDR2 which isn't as cost effective as DDR3 now and it also supposedly doesn't support the 125W + Phenom 2 X4 and X6 processors. It has the best onboard audio of all 3 boards, however.
