Mobo suggestion for 1.2ghz athlon?

I have an 1.2ghz cpu on a Asus A7V133 right now. I recently acquired a 900mhz athlon cpu that I plan to put on the A7V133, if there is a good motherboard I can use with the 1.2Ghz, which will be viable enough to upgrade the cpu on later.

So I am thinking of DDR boards, but I haven't looked at mobos for a long time...

I'd appreciate any suggestions for mobos, so I can start my research

I suggest getting the Shuttle AK31A@Newegg for 59$. It has all the overclocking features and they are through the bios so no jumpers to set. Overclock that CPU with some 2100DDR and that should keep you in the game for 120$ so you can save your money to upgrade again when AMD leaves the sktA platform behind.
