Modding ideas for new lian li case

I just wanted to hear some of ur guys' opinions on what i should do to it. I'm up for any suggestions. Thx

My suggestion: start by cutting out the grille over the rear fan, and get a holesaw and cut a second rear exhaust hole below the first one. Use chromed wire grilles for low restriction.

Beyond that, it's up to you whether you want to follow the usual window-&-lights routine.

I've the same case only black.
I replaced the fans on top and rear with 3-color fans.
And that's about it.

127 bucks for a case without power supply? I'd rather put my money INTO my box, not spend it ON my box.

I'd suggest you build your system and live with it for a while before doing any hacking. I'm the happy owner of a PC-65b, and it's just too nice to hack up with unneccessary "mods".

Most of the things I've done over the 8 months I've had this case were performance-oriented, such as cutting out the rear grill for better exhaust air flow, and opening up the "louvers" on the top blowhole .(almost a 50% increase in airflow!)

I did originally stealth the CD drives, but I recently went to the factory "stealth" panel on the CD reader, as I got one at a great price. I'd suggest using those vs. home-made on a new build, they look great and work very well!

Another vote for cutting out the grills. Works wonders for airflow and is quieter too.
