So as most of you are probably aware anyone looking for a Zune HD has to settle on two things: Its probably used, and you're going to pay through the nose for the higher capacity models.
I currently have 2 Zune 32GB 1st gens, and want to upgrade to an HD, which would be all fine and dandy except that the cheapest 64GB model I've been able to find was about 400$. :/ So not wanting to take that for an answer I looked and the 16GB models are much more reasonable, to the tune of 70$ in some cases. My question for you guys is if I were to order some Toshiba 64GB NAND, would it be possible to remove the old chip and replace it? I know its probably a can of worms most people would rather not get into, but for a Zune HD with a good amount of capacity, I'd be willing to go through the trouble.
