Only caught the last few minutes...where Ed O'Neill's character insults the hell out of everyone at the gay son's house.

I liked it.

The character was someone I could identify with.

I don't however think I'll be a regular watcher of the show...but time will tell.

I like it. Every character is a cliche but theyre still interesting and theres a lot of direction to take each character. Plus the women are hot

I'm one that almost exclusively watches "real" TV and stay away from sitcoms and fake shit like Law and Order and CSI.

I grew up watching Married with Children however and Ed Oneil is great. There was some cliche stuff and the gay guys were a little over the top but it has potential. I really loved the part about the airsoft gun and the father having to shoot the kid to teach him a lesson.

Ed Oneil is awesome. There wouldn't even be a Fox network if it wasn't for him. Married with Children is a great show capturing everything a man goes through in life. I think the new show could be great. It just needs a little time to develop.

Ever since I saw his welfare comment I haven't been to keen on him, so I didn't go out of my way to watch his new show. And this is why I tend to avoid actor's political stances, it colors their performance to much for me.
