Modular PSU w/ dual 12v?

Ive been looking to build a new system and Im wondering what PSU I should get. Ive heard that dual 12v rails are the way to go, but I'd also like a modular PSU as well. The only two I know of that have both are Antecs:

The 500w SmartPower 2.0

Are there any more recommended PSUs out there with both dual 12v rails and modular cables?

This is the planned system just for reference:
AMD 64+ 3500 Venice
eVGA 7800GT
eVGA nForce 4 SLI mobo
2x1 gig RAM
1 40 gig harddrive
1 CD and 1 DVD burner

Any particular reason why you want modular?...

Those are the only power supplies that are good IMO, ultra X-connects are modular, but they sound like their Aspire power supplies with low +12v...

If you don't mind modular, get seasonic s12 500w...

If you are looking for a PSU that is entirely modular you wont find one from Antec. Thermaltake has a 500W that is close. It's the purepower series. Click here to check the specs/price on newegg. Although I must say that thermaltake, in general, is very low down on my list of quality PSU mans. If I were you, I'd just get the NeoPower, but then again I'm biased in that dept.

take a look into seasonic and tom's strees test did better than pc power cooling plus its quiet and cheap. I would go with a seasonic 500W like rice suggested.

Alright thanks for all the help. I'd like a modular PSU because I have a case window and would like to keep things neat and tidy. I also dont want the extra cables messing with my airflow.

The SmartPower and NeoPower look to be just about the same (with the exception of the NeoPower's fan controller). The SmartPower has two fans however which would help air flow, plus its cheaper. If it came down to these two, which would yall choose?

I'm not sure if that model has dual 12v lines or not. I couldn't tell from the pics/specs. Wow. That is an awsome looking PS, customizable and all. Thanks for the link Kensai.

Silverstone has a modular PSU with 4 12v rails. I haven't been able to find a review of it and the only place I've seen it listed is FrozenCPU.
