Well, I noticed that between my orders (one for the '12' and one for the '15', 35 other orders had been placed. Think that will raise red flags for an item that they usually sell only a couple a month of (at most??)

I thought I might run this by you guys. We all know that no one is going to sell an $1100.00 item for 10¢. Did it ever occur to anyone that the site has been hacked? Here you are submitting name, address, credit card and e-mail information to a site that *may* have been hacked with no hope of ever getting the item in the first place. I don?t get it.

ooo, good point, "live and learn, and then get Luvs?." but I'm not particularly worried.

Just checked my order on their site. They already changed the order total. Very interesting. The price for the subwoofers are the same, but they increased the shipping by $400

Why is it that people cannot refrain from posting these so called "molten" deals? I have not seen one go through yet. It is humorous to me how so many intelligent people can't get over the "too good to be true" theory. All these flaming hot deals only cause you your time and/or money. I'm pretty sure that Honda Accord post (which I know everyone has seen by now) will soon be at 10 cents. I'll be sure to pick up on that deal.

There is no way in hell I would give that place my cc number. Before you know it they'll have charged your cc several hundered dollars and disappeared into the night. Just the fact that their prices are changing all the time should set alarm bells ringing.

Just looking at the crappy site design tells you that this is some small time operation, its not even like you're dealing with a big retailer that may let a price mistake slip by for a short time. Even if the site is legit, they probably only sell a few items a day and would quite easily see such a huge pricing error.

To those who have ordered, the best you can hope for is your order gets cancelled and they don't steal your money.

The price mistake was up since Sunday morning, that's when all my college dorm buds bought a shitload, so I passed along the info to you guys, since you guys have saved me a ton of money in the past.

Heh, funny. You can buy all the silver plated utensils from years ago at 98-99% marked off! It's still a lot more expensive, uglier, and retarded than stainless steel flatware.

I'm not saying that $100 isn't a hot deal. Nice deal if you get it.

It's $10,000 now. What's up with this place? Mark up to make up for the $100 price shortfall?

Its kind of troll-y to try to get fellow hot dealers to pay you an extra 100$ for an item you found in this forum, that they all have seen for 100$ less than you are asking, let alone that you are asking in the very thread that they can buy it in for themselves... hope you were just kind of joking

I'm from San Diego, and I can definitely tell you that that address is residential (according to Yahoo Maps). It's on Mt. Soledad, which is a very nice area of San Diego -- granted that guy's address is near the base of Mt. Soledad.

KLineD- If by some miracle you get the sub, I'll give you $250 for it. Been meaning to buy a sub to complete my home theater.

Zorro,

Re: WSC (Wounded speaker children)

I doubt many people have been around here long enough to know about the great Buy.com fiasco. I'm still waiting for my Hitachi to arrive....
