Check out this BS email I got from them. I was returning a stick of Patriot memory for the second time. So I asked that I try another brand this time. Since I can't get a refund, they give me store credit.

This is to advise you that we have entered your store credit in the amount of $128.00
When you place a new order, on the bottom of the screen is a PO field. Enter the RMA number in this field (EX. "**********"). Once you receive the confirmation for the order, immediately reply that you would like to use the store credit for this order. Please keep in mind that store credits are only valid for up to one year of the credit memo date.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Also, please keep in mind that orders processed on the website will be completely billed to your credit card or pay pal account, and in turn, the store credit will be refunded back to your account once the order had been processed.
If you have used your store credit, please disregard this e-mail.

Now wtf do I do if I don't have any money on my credit card to pay upfront. They already have $128 of mine. Now I have to give them more so I can get some memory that works.
