I ordered OCZ ram and still haven't recieved it

I honestly share some of the same reservations as some other posters...
(not to mention I bought some OCZ ram too)

The email I am refering to is not the order confirmation email but the sales receipt email, which should read "Online Order From MonarchComputer.com" in the subject line. This has a detailed breakdown of the parts purchased with the date and the order totals. Often times these will end up in your bulk box so if you don't see it then make sure to check there.

Either way feel free to contact either Joe of myself and we will be happy to get what whatever you need if you do not have this email.

so what about the OCZ UPC? Mine didn't have any. The only thing with a barcode was the item sticker which does not match the barcode called for in the rebate form.

Received an email from them stating it was a busy Thanksgiving weekend and they are behind in shipping. No kidding!
Well, the rebates for the items I ordered are coming up fast and they have yet to be shipped. Hope I can get them out in time after my products arrive.

Yeah you're telling me...I was about to pull my hair out... but I've calmn down considering it was a pretty busy weekend. But hope it comes in soon and maybe get bumped to 2 day shipping hope those monarch guys see this and consider it.

I ordered on 25th, I just got the card today.

The package comes with a slip that does reflect the time you push the order button.

The odd thing is the slip shows price of the video card and price total all to be "1.0"

For $30 rebate purpose, do I use the slip included with package or the final confirmation webpage after I push order button?

I ordered power supply, motherboard and ram on the 25th. My order hasn't shipped out yet. I guess they are pretty backed up.
Good to hear that some of the other 25th orders are starting to ship.

You didn't cheap out on shipping, it's just that Monarch dropped the ball on this one. They either didn't forsee this many people ordering during this sale and are running too far behind, or they don't have the items in stock and are just lying out their arse.

I ordered something last week on Thursday also and my products have yet to ship. One week and still not shipped? I have ordered from Monarch in the past and have noticed they ship in 2-3 days after ordering. I always thought they would be a great alternative to newegg or ZZF but this last order has soured me on them.

I emailed MonarchJoe yesterday, and still have not heard back from him (or anyone).

NO ONE has addressed the lack of a UPC issue.

I'm not usually one to be harsh, but Monarch remains the only company I bought from that I can't submit the rebates for because their paperwork is screwed up. Submitted about $900 in rebates for products purchased the SAME DAY from CompUSA, Newegg and TigerDirect (gasp!), but I'm still sitting on these from Monarch...

I have had the same issue with them. I bought Mushkin ram from them and they never gave me a package with a proper UPC. I just turned in what i had from them and my rebate got invalidated. I have called them 5 times, 4 emails, and nothing everytime they keep saying they have to look at how it went out from their warehouse and that could take time well its been like 1.5 months. It is only $20 but i would like it back. Once i am done with this semester i plan to file a complaint ( anyone who where i should file one thinking BBB )

I contactes OCZsteve on the forums and he cnfirmed that their products don't have UPC codes.

One of the items I bought was "oversold" and is holding up my order. After a few days, I made them break up the shipping and the rest of my stuff isnt held up as well.

I just rang them and the guy I spoke to said that they only had 3/4 sticks of ram that I ordered in stock so they had to have some shipped in. He said my order would probably ship out on Monday.

I called today and was assured I'd have an invoice with the correct date on it within an hour, and an answer about the lack of an OCZ rebate in that same hour...expect an email. Ummm, let's see...that was...3+ hours ago.

As for the rebates we don't handle those ourselves. I know our RAM packages don't come with UPC codes so it may be something on the monarch recipt you need to send it. Your best bet would be to contact Monarch about it.

I ordered a cpu (opteron 170 retail version) and motherboard combo on the 25th, and the order is still stuck in "Your order has been submitted to the warehouse for processing" stage. When I placed the order, everything was in stock, what's taking them so long?

It looks like the cpu is out of stock now until 1/05/06?? Dont lie, if you dont have it in stock. What warehouse? and they charged my credit card on the 28th already! you are holding me up, I have all the parts except the cpu and motherboard, should've ordered them from somewhere else.
