Monarch used to be a great shop back in the day. Hell I remember getting a sweet deal on a vid card there only a year or so ago. Oh well...

I've driven by, you won't see anything going on. Pretty sad, the three years I worked there were some of the most enjoyable times I've had at work in my life.

I ordered a part from them, and they charged my credit card but never told me the part won't be in stock, and never will be. The last time I talked to a person was 3 weeks ago. Now it seems they are closing up shop.

I can honestly say I did see them trying to do everything possible to turn it around, but once I saw the hole being too deep to climb out of I needed to move on. It happened pretty quickly, but I guess the writing was on the wall.

Thanks! It's difficult to start off in sales, but fortunately I get to sell product I know and love. (I dealt more behind the scenes at Monarch, only was involved with sales when the salesman screwed up or needed help.)

I know they had a ton of them when I left, they were selling decently due to pricing. If I didn't get a such awesome deal on my TJ-07, I would have gotten one of them.

Three years ago I got my 3400+ clawhammer from them without a problem. I actually found them through price grabber because they had the cheapest price; it turned out the offer had expired, but they sold it to me at a reduced rate anyway.

I think MWave offers pretested combos. They've been decent in my experience.
