I really can't stand to watch post game interviews with players. The sideline reporters ask the stupidest questions and the players just want to get away.

Holy balls, Favre is the only player to defeat EVERY team in the NFL...? How's that for a stat.

seeing as the Texans are an expansion team... not THAT impressive.

For the record, Brent Favre didn't "win" that game. If anything, I think you could make a strong argument that Rodgers played better overall. It was the Packers O line (and in turn the Viking D line) that really decided that game. Not to mention the Packers COMPLETE lack of ANY pass rush (and in turn leading to open WRs down field).
It was a great game no question. Best MNF I recall in a while. But now we have to listen to all the Favre praising. Now I know how all the other NFL fans felt for the past 16 years.

I'm firmly in the Aaron Rodgers is Better Than Brett Favre Camp, but Favre had a magical night. Some of those throws he made were really, really good. The Packers O-line was awful, but I wouldn't take that much away from Favre last night... he was good.

Jacksonville went to the playoffs 3 out of their first 4 seasons.
Carolina was one game away from the Superbowl in their 2nd season and eventually went to one later on.
Baltimore won the Superbowl in their 5th season and has been a playoff caliber team almost every year since.
I fail to see what expansion team has to do with being crappy in the NFL.

GB had Peterson locked up for 55 yards, he wasn't doing anything. Favre stepped up and NAILED at least a half dozen critical throws. No he didn't have a last second TD pass to seal it like last week, but he played a flawless game. No INT's, no give aways.

I dunno man. He has a FEW good tosses no question, but honestly 99% of the time he A) had all day long B) had a WIDE open WR to throw too.
"Magical"? I don't think so. You're drinking the Kool Aid on that one. He had a GOOD night, but look at the statistics, Rodgers was even better (minus the INT, and really, can we blame the kid for 1 fumble after getting creamed all night long?)

I like AR too but the fumble was on the first drive, not after all night long and the credit really goes to the guy who got the sack for ripping that ball out of there.
