Monday Whats for Dinner thread

Tonight for me was pork chops with a dry rub consisting ground sage, thyme, basil, black/white pepper, garlic powder, a touch of cayenne pepper and allspice. Then grilled on low then combined with homemade mushroom gravy.

Then made threw some biscuits in the oven and made some green beans
