Thanks man. Honestly, money hasn't changed anything in my life. It's nice to not stress about it though... I just stress about other things.

In reality I'm happy with my personal life. I can get very stressed about my professional life though and that has nothing to do with money.

Lol there is nothing wrong with playing the lotto, you can't win if you don't play. $5 here and there for a ticket is not going to break the bank. Just don't overdo it, and don't count on winning as the odds are so small. I buy a ticket every now and then but don't really do so religiously. Mind you here in Canada if you win you actually get the entire prize. In the states you only get a small portion because they tax the hell out of it.

The burger wasn't very good. It was cooked medium rare like I requested but didn't have much flavor. Everything else I've eaten here have been good to excellent.

Tough to mess up prime medium-rare ground beef. Maybe forgot s&p?

I think my favorite part about vacation is actually eating all of the good food at the good restaurants. And nothing is worse than going out to eat at a nice restaurant on vacation and having a bad meal. That's only happened a few times for me though.

Not sure if this applies in your situation, but it took me an overly long time to realize that there are a lot of people out there who find happiness in being perpetually unhappy. I had an extended family member like that...he just...enjoyed being Oscar the Grouch. Wasn't "happy" unless he was unhappy.

I never understood this. If it sucks so bad to have money why dont they dump it all in a Swiss bank account and keep living normally?

I think a lot of the smart ones do, or at least, people who don't need to feel the limelight of public perception from showing off their wealth (i.e. "the millionaire next door"). But the first thing everyone always wants to do when they win the lottery or whatever is buy nice new toys (big house, fancy car) & then buy stuff for everyone they know. Then they realize all they've done is create leeches, draw unwanted attention, and put themselves in a somewhat isolated social situation, because other wealthy people who stay wealthy don't go around blowing their money non-stop.

I think you're right. It was pretty bland so I think they forgot to season it.
