Our Industry hasn't been peforming too well, in the past we used to look at about 15% return on investment but thats dropped markedly due to higher funding costs in recent months. I guess we need to improve the credibility of our business model.

It worked for me.

If you had any idea how much some affiliate marketers make, it'd blow your mind. There are guys out that are earning 5 - 8% on the money they invest into ads per day... and that's with budgets of around a million bucks per day. So, yeah, free ipods might seem like a joke, but there are guys out there who make $15 million per year off equally stupid things.

Patent something that everybody uses, so the companies that make it have to pay you royalties. You need initial money to invest though.

Like for example, patent the screw. Imagine the chaos that would be though. That's more something you do if you're just pissed off at the world.

Another scheme is to invest some money into a multi billion dollar corporation. The corporation does not really need to do anything, it's just a corporation. You get money from shares. Then you just fold. Kinda like Enron. You probably want to go live in another country after that or you'll get shot.

Oh, and can't forget, just get hurt somewhere. Then you can sue anyone potentially at fault, such as the company that built whatever it is you got hurt on, the one who owns it, etc...
That is the American way of making millions, and it works!

As for ways that wont piss people off, that's a secret.

One of the best money making schemes I was involved in was organ sales. Basically, I would go to a third world country and collect the organs of the dead innocents. I preferred to go to countries where warlords ruled, so I could just pay them off and ride along with their death squads. This made it much easier to collect fresh organs. I would then transport the organs to the west where they would be sold. I had to mark up the price considerably because of the payoffs to the warlords. I really didn't want to piss them off, or else it would be my organs being sold. In the end, I decided it was too dangerous of a game to play in so I got out. Made lots of money though.
