MONEY VS QUICKEN

I have tried to use money for about a year. But I just do not like its interface. I tried to get use to the program due to the popular reviews it recieved. However, I have just tried out Quicken for a few days and I personally prefer its interface. I only have a small portfolio and few accounts so I guess I didnt take advantage of Money but I still dont believe its all that intuitive. And I hate all those advertisements posted on tne prog. If I paid for the app I should have a choice to get rid of those advertisemtn and more control over the layout of my financial page.

Oh well Im a converted Quicken user now. I dont like wasting money on apps but I guess you gotta try it before you buy it.


What are your guys thoughts on these progs?

I use Money 2000. I've used it for 2 years. I used to have quicken for DOS, but I switched over to Money and I like it better.

Money all the way!!!

I use Money 2000 Deluxe until recently when I get Money 2002 Deluxe. 2002 has improved look and better customisability.
Before Money I tried Quicken but never got use to it.

Anyway Clocker, you can turn off all the ad and stuff.

Stoopid me I guess. Maybe I should try money 2002 I had 2001. Hopefully there will be somewhat a difference.

I have used them both but Quicken just seems easier to manage but thats my opinion the 2002 Quicken is really nice. I like the front page better than previous versions.
