monitoring software (spyware)

I looking for an app like spector pro 5.0 but allot cheaper.
I have a 13 year old that has found out that he can get pr0n on his pc using a P2P. :|
I have a content filter in place but that doesn't fix the P2P stuff.
He is on win98 so I cannot make him just a "user"

anyone have anything they use and would recommend?

Which P2P program is he using? You COULD filter it a little in Kazaa, but I think it's pretty easy to get around. If he's using Bittorrent, you can use nanny software that just blocks out torrent sites like suprnova.

He was using bearshare
He does use instant messangers as well and I don't want to take that away but I do want to monitor this type of stuff.

Spector soft is a very good product. It monitors emails/instant messages seperatly as well as the screen shot feature.
