Just a note about Beauty and the Beast: the link says it'll be released October 8, 2002. If you check around at the usual places, you should start to see them taking pre-orders for that release date too. So, no need to order from out of country (if you're in the US) to get this great movie. I would bet that this is going to be a BIG holiday seller so lots of good deals should be popping up closer to the release date.

they never released lion king on dvd
they'll make some special edition version soon and then re-release it on both vhs and dvd
until that time, u either have to buy a vhs version which is no longer being made, or convert a vhs version from someone else

About DVDSoon, my roommate had good experiences with them, they take a little longer to clear customs, but are a reputable shop.. Also once when his credit card expired, and he chose not to renew it, DVDSoon continued to ship 5 dvd's he had pre-ordered, even though the CC on file was expired.. nothing beats free dvd's
