I honestly don't remember. But you could do what I would have to do to figure it out . . . go back through my posts and find out by posting dates when I ordered it and when I got it.

Once, I won the paypal dispute. It was a slam dunk, they didn't bother challenging it. I suspect that's their business model, that it's too costly to throw manpower at each $5 dispute, so they don't bother.

So I got my money refunded, and then the watch arrived! I was still so pissed at them never responding at all that I was sorely tempted to keep the refund and the watch. Somewhat reluctantly, I didn't.

What you choose to do in these situations is, at the end of the day, about who you are, not who they are or what they did or didn't do. Don't ever let the weasel voices in your brainpan convince you otherwise!

Got my Swatch clone yesterday - took about 2 weeks of delivery (1/4-1/17, but was stuck at my post office). It's not running and there's no tab to pull to connect the battery so I'm assuming the battery is dead. Looks nice, though.

It was sent certified mail so they first tried to deliver it and I wasn't home, they left the slip of paper notifying you, which you can then sign and they'll deliver it and leave it (if you aren't home). I did that and they never delivered it and so a week later I got another notice. This time I went in personally to get it.
To be honest, this is really the first mess-up by our postal gal. It happens.

I do have to say seeing this again reminded me, the disel clones I picked up, once the bands were replaced turned out to be great. The batteries are still running on every one and kept absolutely dead on time.

I finally got around to plopping in a new battery to my Swatch clone (it uses a regular 377) and it is working. We'll see how accurate it's time keeping is. My watch is getting outrageously expensive now as it's teetering on the edge of $7 total with the new battery I had to get....
