It's funny to watch the damage control spring into action to try to convince people that Llano won't succeed. Same thing happened with the Bobcat threads, lol.
I'm not convinced it's a big deal on desktops where you can just get a low end SB + a video card and still have a cheap system. I'm sure OEM's will like it though because it'll let them tick off quad core and dx11 for cheap.
In laptops though this thing is going to be pure win. SB is almost certainly going to be a better choice for business users. But for home users, students, etc, anyone who is going to do some gaming (even light gaming, or WoW, etc), Llano is going to be perfect. Good enough CPU performance and fine GPU performance for anything under HD rez. Interesting that memory bandwidth ended up not being an issue at all. Finally AMD has competent laptop stuff (Llano and Bobcat). Only like 6 years late to the party...better late than never, though. This will force Intel to do better with graphics, too, which is good for all PC gamers...and hopefully to write better drivers (SB has huge image quality problems and extreme stuttering and frame rate variations that the reviews never seem to mention).
