Opinion polls have been peer reviewed. I don't know why this fact upsets you but you should probably reconcile it with your worldview.I already did in my OP and my point has been proven just fine. It's not my job to go and disprove whatever asinine excuses you try to conjure up like peer reviewed election polls. (That still takes the cake)

It's crass, tasteless and more than a little rich to try to bring down Clinton by pointing out that one mass shooter supported her, especially when there's nothing Clinton has proposed that would encourage his actions. Here's the thing: Trump has attracted legions of white supremacists (including key KKK figures) and anti-Muslim bigots (the kind that beat up Muslims in the street) because of his platform. Right now, the Clinton link is merely coincidental at best; the Trump link is undeniable.
It's going to be fun when Trump loses and you spend the next 4-8 years writhing in agony as empathy, tolerance and civil rights rule the day.

The second amendment references a 'free state.' The Constitution creates an intended distinction between the just powers of legitimate government and the rights of free men, 'people'.
Examine almost any post-adoption of the constitution quote about tyranny to see how domestic governments gone awry were intended to be dealt with.
