I have a short privacy fence that runs along the edge of my yard. It's a typical 6ft tall wooden fence, about 20ft long. It runs north-south, and my side faces east. There's also a large spruce tree in the yard that shades most of the area during the day, except in the dead of summer when the sun is high over head.
I was thinking of planting some Morning Glories along the fence. They'd get direct sunlight in the morning, and a brief bit mid-afternoon. Do you think they'd have enough sun in that location?
