I work outside in the mornings and mother nature been making me her bitch the last few weeks. I stay bloated and my endurance is shot until I get the weekend or a rainy day to recover. Beyond just staying hydrated are there other steps I can take to mitigate this? I'm starting to get discouraged with the loss of gains I had been making with my workouts. Now I'm just feeling weak and looking jiggly after making a lot of effort over the past two months.
