I will not assume too much here. Let's see when Russia concludes what happened. There is a reason why Russia is hesitant to simply blame this on ISIS-K while the Western media almost instantly blamed Islamic terrorists of this attack while covering Ukraine. These superhero Western media people, being fed by Western "leaders, so they knew almost instantly that Ukraine was not part of this. Weird behavior but I am not going to make assumptions here. We don't know yet despite everyone wanting to blame ISIS-K for this. Though this might make sense too since Russia played a huge part in fighting ISIS in Syria. Let's see what happened without accusations.
