Most appriopriate HSF

I'm kinda clueless about HSFs. But i managed to gather a small list of them...please gimme some info on which best fit these criteria:
-Quiet, high quality performance
-Under $40
-Gaming on high end Tbird
-SX1030B case

OCZ Gladiator
Thermosonic ThermoEngine

Global WIN CAK38
Global WIN WBK38
Global WIN FOP38

Which comes w/ FAN already? Which are top3 choices that fit my criteria? Any other suggestions would be helpful too. Thank You.

I would get SVC golden gate/gladiator with delta 38 fan. It's kinda loud but it performs very well. Plus, gladiator w/ delta fan is only $25.99 plus shipping. buy it here

Is that the same thing as OCZ's Gladiator or not?

I personally like the cooling efficiency of the Global Win CAK38, but the Global Win FOP32-1 does just as well, weighs less and is quiter and can be purchased here.

I recommend it to I just got the 40 cfm and am very happy with it a big thumbs up

Golden Gate w/ 27cfm fan. It is quiet and will cool a 1.4 tbird without problems.
