2 and that is right now (own a PS4 and a X360). Could never afford more than one at time back in the day and I usually just played them until they broke (my Gemini and my Genesis for example). Oddly I have never owned a Nintendo console of any kind. :hmm:

I'll do this a bit differently because I never owned everything, an some I got rid of, and use emulators instead because I'm evil.

In order of ownage:
Pong - eh...probably still working somewhere
Atari 2600 - sold
NES - sold
SNES - sold
N64 - (forgot this - did not keep it for long, did not like)
PSX - broke - I actually went through 4 of these.
Dreamcast - still use
Xbox - still use for emulation on occasion
PS2 - Still use (on 2nd one)
Wii - Still use - but emulate mostly because it is so much better.
PS3 - Still use

I forgot to add I had a Virtual Boy as well. It was awful, and I don't know if it counts as a console, but I burned my retinas with that.

I also had a Powerglove, and while it was such a cool idea, it was pretty terrible too. I wouldn't let my friends use it; I knew they'd instantly lose all envy of me once they did.

Still have every one I ever bought from the, magnvox (74?) on up, only USA stuff, and I don't buy clones, (3DO FZ-1 , yes Goldstar 3DO or FZ-10, no) even bouhgt some real crap like the Laseractive.. My "all consoles" rule was broken on the Wii-U, never got one, and after saying i wasnt going to buy the Bone or 4 as there are no games yet.. damned if I didn't get um both.

Back when I worked at Gamestop we took in NEs, SNES and Genesis stuff still. I got them really cheap to rebuild my collection. Random people would bring in consoles we didn't accept like NeoGeo, Sega Master System, and Turbo Grafix 16. I purchased these from them directly. At one time I owned the following all at the same time and they were all working.

I had 5 connected and being used for a bit. Xbox, 360, Ps2, Ps3, and a Wii. Currently only have 4 though, xbox sitting in the closet.

I do still have my snes and 64 stashed away some where. I no longer own the 2600, jaguar, coleco, ps1, or the nes.

I guess the commodore 64 and that texas instruments thing we used to own don't count, since they are computers....more or less. No lo0nger owned anyway.

Eventually I'll get around to buying the ps4. The ps2 will probably be retired then though. And, the xbox 1 ever gets a game I wan't to play, then I'll get one of those too. If I retire anything to make room for it, would probably be the wii.

Doubt I'll ever own a wii u unless something changes.
