Coleco Vision too?
Was that prior to 2600?
2600 Jr (the slim wedge model with the rainbow stripe) was my first console so no to anything that predates it.

No one else had a pong machine?? Amateurs.
Cleaning out the closet, figured why not just take a shot. Excuse the crappy iPhone quality, and my dog walking in mid-shot.
Those are all the original boxes, from when I got them new, some in better shape than others. But considering how much I moved as a kid, I'm surprised they held up that well. I have no idea what happened to the original PSX's box, but it's not with the others. Neither is the Gameboy's. The Atari I was 3 when it was purchased, but I don't believe it had a box.
Only systems I've owned that aren't pictured are the Atari Jaguar and Sega 32X.

I had a pong knockoff in 1976. Dont recall the brand name, but it was definitely a clone. Speaker was actually in the console itself. Didnt use it much as I got an atari 2600 the following year that took me into the 80s.
