Most hours spent on a game?

Definitely Quake/Q2 here. Probably quakeworld moreso. Still my favorite MP FPS of all time.

Everquest - Played for about 7 years. Most days I'd get home from work at 4, start playing, and then game till midnight. Weekends were much worse. I don't even want to try and put it hours, I'd be to depressed.

Quake 1, specifically team fortress, with some occasional death match and capture the flag. About 2 years of my life, prior to everyquest, in a tf clan. Of course, not all the time was actually spent in game. Some was spent in our clan's irc channel. Or playing with early voice chat programs with the clan mates. Or, playing UO with them (they originally started as a UO guild, before I joined).

Baldur's Gate 1, 2 and expansions
Pools of Radiance
A few of the Might and Magic games

I really don't know how much time I spent in any of them. Nor do i really want to know either

Probably EVE Online. Four years, nothing but that and work. Probably spent 5-6k hours logged in.

I don't do that anymore. I'm happier.

Pokemon Black's clock keeps running when my DS is closed, so it looks like I've spent 720 hours playing it. (Not even close to accurate.)

= MOO2 - Thousands. TONS of games at one hour each.

Moo2 is my number 1, no clue on number of hours but MANY.
Civ4 is catching up quick though.

Diablo 2 gets honorable mention as most time sink LAN game.

warcraft 3 i have spend countless hours playing... no idea how many, but many years, at times when I should have been studying.

In mmorpg i played 12 hours per day and 4 day a week so if you calculate it
more or less 192 hours a month hehehe i spend half of my life on it.
in pc games 2-3 hours (diablo, counterstrike etc.) roughly 48 hours alternately with my mmorpg games (UWO, allods etc.)

Ultima Online
Age of Empires 2
Diablo 2
Shadowbane
Heroes of Newerth
Civ 4

In that order.

I had a little more than that on my account when I quit. Toss in the characters I had on my brothers' accounts and beta time and I was probably pushing 300 days. Also have a good 3-4k hours logged in counter-strike, started at 1.0 and quit shortly after 1.6

Offline - Either Star Ocean: The Second Story or Final Fantasy X. Start Ocean I played through probably about 20 times; I had a dual PS1 memory card just for saves for that game. Final Fantasy X I had 168 hours in at one point, trying to get everything and playing Blitzball and etc and I remember getting a game demo disc in the mail. Playing it erased your memory card save files :'( So, I started over, and my final save in that game, which I still have, is 235 hours, with basically a perfect game.

I'm not really sure the number of hours I've logged but Bad Company 2 is one of the funnest games I've ever played, and I've played it solidly from when it was released until Battlefield 3.

So, the three games I think I've put the most hours into is BC2, Asheron's Call, and Final Fantasy Tactics.
I remember having 100+ hours in FFX but I never had a perfect game, just did the legendary weapons and the monster arena.

WoW of course, and I put in over a hundred hours playing the original DA. I am rapidly heading towards "most played" for Might and Magic Heroes 6. I was a little shocked this morning when Steam told me I've been playing it for 100 hours already, and I'm not even halfway through the SP campaigns.

Probably not too different for myself. I failed out of a college because of that game. I've made sure to never let myself get that obcessed with a game again.

Online: Probably Counterstrike. Started at the tail of 1.5, probably 400+ hours played between 2003-2007.

Offline: I'm guessing Oblivion. I remember sinking 120 and 80 hours in two separate playthroughs. I'm pretty sure there was a third plus counting all the lost time for crashes, backtracks etc. makes it around 300 hours.
