I'm looking for two solutions... the first is to lock up files so they can't be accessed as securely as possible. These are files I seldomly use.
Then, I also have a note pad file I've been using as a "Cut and Paste" file since windows 95/98 that I'd like to secure. I'd still like to have easy access to its contents, but I'd like to make sure it'd take an all out brute force attack for anyone to access the file.
