I saw the Indian version of Oldboy - Zinda - (but I'm guessing Oldboy would have this scene too). There's this scene where the Protagonist slices his wrists in an attempt to kill himself. He passes out: then, his captors drag his limp body him by his feet, as his wrists leave a bloody trail on the floor. Next shot: on the giant multiplex screen, I see an EXTREMELY zoomed in shot of his slit-wrists being stitched up with a needle & thread, one stitch at a time - complete with the appropriate sounds! Brrrr....

I saw that movie at 11AM with no breakfast. I felt blood drain from my brain, arms and legs. Same movie has the guy drive a drilling machine through a dude's throat as well as extract teeth with a claw-hammer. But it felt mellow after the previous scene.

I remember when I was a kid, and had managed to cut my foot open with a machete...it got washed out in the sink (there was this weird blue thing in there that doesn't make sense to me even now), some anathetic got injected around the area (didn't work too well), and then my dad gave me stitches...it wasn't particularly pleasant. Made a nice big scar.

Any of the scenes where the main character gets victimized in I Spit On Your Grave. And the revenge scene where the girl castrates one of the attackers in the bathtub, with the water turning blood red.

I watched this movie only because I was watching it with my other high school friends way back when (I didn't want to seem like a wimp by not watching it). To this day, I remember all the violent details.

There was a German movie that had a link on the net of a bunch of guys at some club, and one of the guys was trying to a$$ rape another guy - the owner comes in, with a fire extinguisher - hits the guy over the head trying to rape - then bashes the guys head in, over and over, smashing his skull inward - LOOKED so damn real - the graphics and the acting went well - there were points where the point shuddered, with every hit you knew the guy was struggling to stay alive - but I cant remember what the movie was called - maybe someone can help me out.

Yeah, but they didn't show that. They just showed the guys swinging pipes. Besides, she lived anyway. I would also say the part where that barb wire started F'ing that woman in midair and then it went through her and ripped her in half. O.O

Yeah, but they didn't show that. They just showed the guys swinging pipes. Besides, she lived anyway. I would also say the part where that barb wire started F'ing that woman in midair and then it went through her and ripped her in half. O.O

They made sure we could hear it though. Barb wire scene is pretty crazy, but again too unbelievable to really bother me (or the audience I was with). People were laughing. I think the music threw it off

Yeah, the organ piano playing in the background was soo old school.
