motherboard dead?

my computer stopped working after i moved it- so i'm trying to figure out what component went dead on me. its not the video card since i can put it in another system and it works... i suspect it is my motherboard because when i power up my computer my chipset fan no longer spins and the video card fan doesn't spin either. is this a sign of a bad mobo?

So nothing cuts on? No fans no leds, no noise at all? Could be something as simple as your pwr button wires have come loose from the mobo, or something on those lines. Its pretty hard to kill a mobo just from moving it, unless it was jarred.

the hd's spin up, the led on the board turns on (next to the cmos battery), the hd/power leds no longer come on, the processor fan spins, and the PSU fan spins.

i've taken out everything and put it all back together. the processor looks fine- it doesn't look crushed/burnt to me.

Before you write your mobo off, take every thing out of your case. Put your mobo on a piece of cardboard and plug in your ram, video and cpu only, have everything close enough where you still can plug in your ps, and power button. and see if you get anthing different. You sometimes can ground out your mobo.
