Any etailer will have a fair amount of information.
If you go to NewEgg and look at AMD or InTel motherboards on the left side of the screen you will see drop down menu's with feature sets.
Even if you don't buy there it's an invaluble way of looking for features.
Or, alternatively, try searching the web for "MoBo roundups". Or on a whim check out AnandTech (figures) or Tomshardware or other somesuch. Bound to have some MoBo comparisons and reviews.
