My suggestion would be anything EXCEPT a Gigabyte board. Read my post about HSF clearance issues with the 4-pin ATX12V socket (and LOUISSSSS's similar issue with an 8-pin connector). Then take a look at the majority of their boards and see that most of them have this major design screwup.
I am very surprised that so many on AT recommend these boards, sure would like to know how they got around this issue ...
Edit : Upon further review, several other brands have this same issue with poor 4/8 pin socket location. Asus boards look just as bad, for example. DFI boards the only ones I've found (so far) that offer adequate clearance.
