Hi, I have a KR7A-133 motherboard and recently had a failed video card so I took my computer apart and RMA'ed the video card. Now, I'm putting my computer back together (which I initially built myself) and whenever I turn the power on, I get the red, yellow, and orange lights to stay lit, and nothing boots up. If it helps, the fan on the motherboard also isn't starting, but the CPU's fan is running fine.
I returned the video card to ATI and they sent it back saying it was fixed so that shouldn't be the problem. I also know the harddrive and RAM are working, and the power supply is more than sufficient with 400 watts.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
