There is a BIG difference between $39 OTD and $FAR after 6 months with a upfront cost of $200.

Wirefly is free but if you forget to send in the paper after 6 MONTHS you are screwed.

Even the Asian stores require a plan.

No such thing as a Razr without a plan.
Watch out for some of those 'Asian' stores because some write down your CC# for later reference

IMHO this deal is not even lukewarm. You can get the RAZR free after rebate from letstalk.com (and other resellers). Some may frown at the rebate game, but I'd rather deal with rebates than take a gamble with Wirefly and their dismal service.

Most people buy the razr site unseen, and I can tell you that after owning a black v3 that it was disappointing.

pros:

[*]speakerphone works great

cons:
[*]battery life is poor
[*]external lcd is weak and washed out
[*]it's wide
[*]need to use a 3rd party hack tool to increase the low ear volume
