No AWS when using an ATT Moto X with TMo. Also if I am not mistaken all the Moto X variants are carrier locked except for the Developer Edition. Also I am not sure if the Tmo version of Moto X supports LTE Band 5 (850) which ATT now has.

Motorola did put in fine print that if they can see a user's intent to resale that the promo code would be yanked and order cancelled.

Just ordered mine and got confirmation. No order cancellation yet.

I thought I was safe on Monday until both my orders were canceled hours after placing them. I won't believe it until I have a tracking number which should happen soon since it's scheduled to arrive Monday 12/9.

2? Thanks for violating their terms so others that just want one can't have one.

How is he violating the terms? It clearly stated that you can get more than one code but you have to use two different emails.

Sorry, they have a long history of piss poor customer service, with the resources & expertise they have, it's downright pitiful.

Perhaps Moto/Google hates hot dealers, especially of the Ferengi kind?

2 secrets for selling crap (stuff) under promise and over deliver, Apple figured it out a long time ago, it's crazy how simple and misunderstood this concept is.

Google has shown itself to be remarkably tone deaf to customer service to consumers, it appears to be an attitude from the top down in it's corporate structure.

The developer edition I ordered on Monday hasn't even shipped yet.

I was basically on top of that too, it wasn't but a minute after the site went live that I had the order submitted. Account logged in, credit card saved, address saved.

They also managed to screw things up for me by double-charging my credit (debit) card. I have an inquiry to Moto's billing department, as my bank can't do anything until the Pending charges actually post. The weirdest damn thing is both of the orders have a total order total, differing less than a dollar, like 50 cents or so. Also, neither charge matches my order total. It's like the billing system was so swamped Monday that it sent two different orders (with different sales tax) through to my card, and my order went to some other credit card.
