How come this feature isn't advertised more on the Moto X? It's pretty damn nice to be able to send txts and receive call notifications from my browser.

All in all I am finding these little things make the Moto X a pretty damn exceptional phone. Never thought I would stop caring about phone specs.

It's all wireless. You just download a chrome extension and log in with the moto connect login and that's it. It then proceeds to sync all txts and calls on the phone. You can send a txt from your computer and when you receive a txt a notification will pop up very similar to the gmail notifications. The phone and computer have to be connected to same wifi network though.

I agree, extremely useful feature and just another added bonus with this phone.


and I have not had to be connected to the same wireless network as well, its worked just as efficiently at work using the chrome extension and phone on LTE.
