I've seen the V.60i AT&T for free w/ activation at least a dozen times at various online and nationwide B&M retailers since last Thanksgiving.

Great phone I had it verizon, I dropped it a bunch of times that Alum casing is nice. I would look at the deal for that phone from Amazon, normally no one can touch their prices, but does the V60i only come on ATT as a TDMA or does it also come as a GSM?

I can get the Siemens C56 from AT&T free locally, which one is a better deal? I don't care for features, as long as the phone works.

Circuit city had this phone today for -150 after rebate. Was thinking about going

$200 up front, $350 in rebates.

Might be worth checking out. Last time I got my V60i for -100, it ended up being a screw up on the price tag (they still gave it to about five of us for that price), so YMMV.

that phone has been free for like 6 months now....check out amazon for free months tons of selection. only bad thing about the v60i is that it is a tdma phone and not compatible with the newer gsm network (although gsm is spotty in some areas).

WTF? Is this only in Virginia? If its in Northern Cali too, I'm there early tomorrow morning.

Here's how Circuit City got -$150

$200 Purchase Price
-$250 Rebate #1
-$100 Rebate #2
=-$150

Getting more and more tempted to buy this phone. If I wasn't migrating my phones to Verizon because of the free Mobile to Mobile, I'd be all over this.

They should have the price tag like this everywhere. Regardless, if they don't, it looks like this would still be valid nationwide.

Good luck

Hmm... It seems both rebates are for online offers, but then the phone isn't available for online purchase. I think I'll sit this one out. Thanks though.

WTF? Where do you see that they are for online purchases????

A) Read the rebate forms, where does it say "online only"? DID YOU READ THE FORM? The rebate form makes a generic statement that says, if the item was purchased online, then it must have been purchased by "11:59pm" on that day to qualify as being during the rebate period. Call the damn rebate center if you have a question.

B) They don't sell cell phones online, so what the hell do you think these forms are for?

C) I pulled these forms from circuitcity.com to show you guys how the rebate breakdown was. They have this advertised instore for this amount. Read the post. I'm not saying to use these rebate forms. (Although I bet the same damn forms print out in the store)

D) DID YOU READ THE THREAD??? Cause I said I saw this in the store. NOT some deal I pulled out of my ass. This was in the store, on the price sticker in front of the phone.

Edited... Because I'm less mad now

V60i is free on other carriers, its an ok phone, but antennas do break easiy, no color ( at that price ), and the V60 has been around for a while and there problably a clear-out item for this AT&T agent, as they are with CDMA carriers like Alltel, Sprint, and Verizon. Just my 2 cents!
