Would I be able to fit... in one of these with room to spare?
For instance, [my Opti-1203]
6- 8 hard drives? [1 Removable Bay - Holds 9]
2 optical drives? [2 Removable Bays - Hold 10]
1 or possibly 2 120.3 rad's + fans? [Pre-drilled for Thermochill 1203]
1 psu (might up it to two due to number of hard drives)? [2 ports allow for use of dual or redundant PSU]
few case fans and the rest of the essential components? [no sweat]
Excelent. I think I know what I'm going with for my next build then
I'm going with a custom built water block for my CPU. I've been doing thermal analysis on a theoretical model of it. Gonna talk with my heat transfer/fluid dynamics professor about my results either next week or the week after and see if he has any suggestions for areas of possible improvement. I'd actually like to do this for my senior design project. Designing a block and rad.
natepo vs cathar.... ummmmmm sorry natepo, you should change your handle. it doesnt sound right compared to cathar.
cathar G7 vs natepo (waterblock name) :X
