Hello,
I am running Oracle RAC 10g on RHEL4 with EMC storage managed by PowerPath.
The problem I am having is trying to mount an ocfs2 file system by label, important since device paths could change.
When I use the mount command I get an error:
# mount -t ocfs2 -o datavolume,nointr -L "ocfs2u01" /ocfs2/u01
mount: the label ocfs2u01 occurs on both /dev/sdw and /dev/sdax - not mounted
#
In my Google research I see some noise about editing /etc/fstab.order, but I can't find an example to get the format and I'm not sure this will work.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Thanks!
