Mouse Clouds (Did I stump the Forum?)

Any one know how to get rid of the mouse cloud or mouse bubble help. You know when you point at an item that little annoying help sign that pops up. In Windows 2000 any way. Tried searching the registry to no avail. It?s just so annoying to me. Thanks

( Did I stump the Forum with this? P.S. I called MS on this [useless] their the one who coined the term Mouse Cloud. They also said it can't be done. I didn't think MS was ever right, or least truthfull.)

It's called a tooltip or infotip.

TweakUI can also be used to affect how the tooltip displays if you can't manage to get rid of it completely.

You also have the option of using a shell replacement like Litestep if the little tooltips that pop up for a fraction of a second if your mouse stops on a button is so annoying.
