Mouse is sporadically freezing up on Win7

A couple days ago I got a random BSOD with something about the USB drivers and now the mouse is sporadically freezing up. It'll move and then stop, move again then stop. It's getting really frustrating. I downloaded BlueScreenView and it says:

Can't figure out the problem, and it seems my google skills are lacking in this area.

Wired.

I even unplugged my USB hub and did a sfc /scannow and its still freezing up.

Try reinstalling your USB controller drivers.

. . . and change cables.

Just swapped out the mouse. Me thinks that's what it could have been.

But I have never heard of a mouse causing a BSOD.
