Mouse pointer speed is SLOW

Can someone help me here. I dont know whats going on but I have winxp sp1 and I have tried without intellipoint drivers, and with intellipoint drivers the mouse pointer speed is very slow and i have the pointer speed all the way up

I hate those intellimouse drivers. Seems to cause more problems than they fix.

I'd uninstall those drivers, uninstall your mouse from device manager, reboot, and let windows redetect it. See if that fixes your problem.

i deleted the device from the system control panel. unplugged, and plugged back in. and it works OK now..not as fast as id like it thou :/
