I don't know guys, I think you're going to be hard pressed to fine OEM versions. AMD is tightening the hold on OEM chips of late, and are releasing far fewer. They are trying to reduce the amount of grey market stuff out there... so I'd be surprsied if you see any OEM chips of any sort hitting the masses anymore.

Bah, I give up on these... I ordered a 3200 OEM from eWiz last night. Thought I should jump on the OEM while I still can eWiz didnt have any 3000+'s OEMs left, just the 3200+s. And my quick searches didnt bring much else up for OEM 3000+ or 3200+. If all else fails I can sell that and buy a Opty when they finally show up

Hey all, wanted to let you know a few of our 144's have started trickling in finally. If you have one comming to you from this batch, you've already been notified. If you haven't heard anything yet then we're still waiting for yours, but I wanted to let you know they are at least comming in now!

I ordered my 146 from monarch mon..... they sold too many and are waiting on a new shipment before they send mine out. This pry screws my chances on getting a good stepping AND they lied to me saying they were going to ship wednesday.

might not ever order from monarch again. ALMOST want to cancel my order right now and just get a cheap 3200+ but my luck has been good in the past (bartons, 9800nu and such)...

Monarch pulled the same crap with me. Got the same oversold notice today, even though the CS told me it was shipping last night. They even billed my credit card. I cancelled and told the @ssholes they will never see any of my green ever again...I am wondering if they even had them in stock at all, the e-mail told me they'd be in today or tomorrow, ETA says the 27th on their site...the liars need to make up their freakin minds........

I haven't seen one person who actually got a CPU shipped form monarch yet. I believe most people that ordered them are at one forum (hard, ocforums, sharky ... something) and not a single word.

that MIGHT be a good thing cause the steppings might still be the best they can be if they haven't sent any out yet. I think i'ma wait til tomorrow to cancel mine...

Yep, major suckage. Nice find on the OEM's , did you confirm that they are in stock? The CS woman there yesterday told me it was "packed and ready to ship out tonite"...liars...I'd turn around and order that OEM, but I'm rather disillusioned with Monarch now.....

I didnt confirm they are in stock no. I figured it was because its a new addition under new arrivals, and at the very bottom of page so people probably didnt see it. Im only going by it saying "in stock" ill let you know though.

Thanks bro! Yeah, that is what I went by also, I ordered shortly after it appeared on their site. I now question their real-time availabilty.....

Yeah, I'll be sure to post it. I'm assuming it'll be a Y (third,average batch), wishing it'll be a N (First, ungodly good batch), but prepared for a G (Second batch, worst of the three).

man, monarch just plain sux. after they screwed me the last time i swore them off. my single mobo sat in their warehouse "packed and ready to ship" for more than 2 days before i cancelled it and got it delivered from the egg within 48 hours

Well, I now rolled the dice with eWiz. The retail 146 is $206 there. There was a 148 that came out of there with CABNE stepping. I'd be happy with that or a CABYE......We'll keep you posted.....
