Agree with "freebee", you better move this thread to "Brag and Moan". If you scored some deal based on STAPLES employee's mistake, it is not appropriate to post it here, as advertising this will only ruin everyone else's future price match and coupons.

This is not a Hot Deal IMHO.

Threadcrappers: It was not a regular cashier. It was the store manager that did it for me. So I doubt there is anything to worry about unless he wants to fire himself. And I doubt corporate is gonna get on a store manager for an extra $15. As I stated, YMMV.

SFang: Please get the facts first before posting that this is "inappropriate". How about I honor your request and then some? Instead of moving this thread over to "Brag and Moan", I'll permanentely move it to FW. At least the attitude there is better, and not everyone is out to crap on every post first. IMO, thats probably why most deals get posted there first.

Stricktly it's not $44.98 but $64.98 - the $20 Gift check is unrelated and yes it's not related to the P/S either, but to anything over $100-

This should definitely be in "brag and moan" because it's very much a "YMMV deal".

I guess thats why most of you will try to stack coupons online or over the phone, but not B&M right? Because you won't get laughed "in your face"? I don't understand why people even bother hitting the "New Topic" button and wasting their time composing understandable emails with exact figures and procedures if people are gonna crap all over it.
